Georg Redzek

painter

Georg Redžek is the painter who remains true to his divine gift, and that is the colour. He is a rapsod and an apostle of colorful sounds and increased artistic sensibility. No matter how he changes, and he has changed in the thematic and symbolic sense, the colour stays his magic. One Delacroix would have been thrilled seeing these colour chords. Redžek genuinely feels compositional structures, coloristic dominant.

His painting has a stamp of originality in style and documentary in motives. He is on the way to leave a lot to his time, at least in the colour sensitivity and in the skill to present his world. He builds the tissue of his painting with a high expression of colours and powerful orchestrations of red, green, white and black, adding drama through the fiction of symbols and interesting forms that are integrated into the landscape screen between which the world of creatures and monsters boils. A strange world exists in some Redžek's pictures, but his painting was based on the premises of colorful and soulful sounds close to the world of Bosch and Chagall. Redžek's artistic language is clean, scenic, guided by the nerve for colour, material and shape. His symbolic scenes are truly soaked with artistic sense.
